Online Payment Security

Our online ordering system is secure and safe, we use the a secure socket layer page for the customer to add their details and a choice of 3 payment systems.

1. Credit Card Payment through a Secure live terminal, your card details are not held or stored by us and the processing system has the best protection available.

2. PayPal Checkout for PayPal account holders which means you don't have to exchange your credit card details as PayPal stores them securely for you.

3. Cheque payment, for customers who would rather not use their Payment Card online

We will not offer any information that you give us to any other company, and only keep your details on record for a minimum amount of time after your order has been processed to reduce any chance of fraud. Delivery

All items with 'Buy Now' buttons attached to them are stock items that can be dispatched within 7 days to most locations worldwide. However we do give a maximum delivery of 28 days, should demand for an item temporarily deplete our stock levels.

When an Item has to be manufactured and a delay is unavoidable, we will contact you and offer you a full refund, if you are not happy with incurring a delay.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs.
