Online Payment Security
Our online ordering system is secure and safe, we use the secure socket layer page for the customer to add their details and a choice of 3 payment systems.
1. Credit Card / Debit Card Payment through a Secure live terminal. Your card details are not held or stored by us and the processing system has the best protection available. 2. PayPal Checkout for PayPal account holders which mean you don't have to exchange your credit card details as PayPal stores them securely for you.
3. WorldPay: Goods purchased by credit or debit card are done via the secure WorldPay payment system.
We will not offer any information that you give us to any other company, and only keep your details on record for a minimum amount of time after your order has been processed to reduce any chance of fraud. We send all our UK orders using a Royal Mail Tracked delivery service and all our overseas parcels by Royal Mail International Signed for Delivery. In most cases, our orders are dispatched on the same or next working day and shipping confirmation emails and tracking details are sent to the customers.
Certain items are made to order in our factory and should there be an unavoidable delay with dispatching an item, we will make every effort to contact you to inform you of the delay.
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 28 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 28 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs.
